1. Points are earned upon enrollment, certificate collection, referral, or Google review submission at Zabeel Institute.
2. Every 750 points can be redeemed for 1 complimentary training hour of your choice.
3. Redeemed hours must be used within 6 months of being issued. Unused hours will expire.
4. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
5. Complimentary hours can be gifted to friends or family once 4,500 points are accumulated.
6. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple cards.
7. Zabeel Institute reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time.
8. Zabeel Institute reserves the right to refuse redemption in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
