1. Introduction

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of membership benefits.
5. Member Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, customers, and partners.
The following may result in immediate termination without refund:
Abuse of membership benefits
Sharing or lending membership access
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
Fraudulent behavior
6. Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Gorilla Health ApS.
We collect only necessary information such as:

Email
Phone number
Payment information (processed by secure third-party providers)
Membership and purchase history
Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.
7. Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time through the membership portal or by contacting Gorilla Health ApS (email: hello@gorillajuice.dk).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
